THE TOM GREEN FARM airs beginning May 29

A Canadian known for his comedic chops in Hollywood is bringing some friends to his Ontario farm.

THE TOM GREEN FARM, starring Tom Green, whose movie credits include Road Trip and Charlie’s Angels, begins airing on May 29 on Crave.

The backdrop of the show is Green’s 150-acre farm in the Ottawa Valley where he grows fruits and vegetables, and cares for his animals which include chickens and horses.

On the same day, THE TOM GREEN FARMCAST launches on podcast platforms.

The podcast takes a deep dive into the farm and Green’s takes on country living and other subjects.

The new TV show brings some big names in entertainment to Green’s farm for conversation, and in true Tom Green fashion, some antics.

In the first episode, for example, Green’s wife and mother encourage him to renovate the kitchen. Skateboarding legends Tony Hawk and Kevin Staab also visit the farm for a conversation about the early days of skateboarding and how the sport has evolved.

In addition, the skaters get to show off their mettle on a 12-foot ramp built in one of Green’s pastures.

Other guests for the first season include former NHL player Paul Bissonnette, actor Dan Aykroyd, and survival expert Les Stroud.

Green decided to leave Hollywood for rural Ontario during the COVID-19 pandemic so he could be closer to his family.

His parents “live down the road now and I get to spend a lot of time with them, and we’re very close,” Green told Ian Hanomansing in a February 2025 interview. “I grew up in this part of Ontario and have always loved the outdoors.”

Green also released a song in 2025 called Bright Lights, about leaving Los Angeles to enjoy a quieter life back home in Ontario.

Green isn’t the only celebrity to engage in country living as a reprieve from Hollywood.

Star Wars actor and fellow Canadian Hayden Christensen owns a 200-acre farm near Uxbridge, Ont.

Avengers star Mark Ruffalo and his wife are raising their children on a dairy farm in New York.

And Ruffalo’s Avengers co-star Chris Pratt owns Stillwater Ranch, a 100-acre property in Washington State’s San Juan Islands.
