Near the beginning of the month, the Ontario Provincial Police and Ontario Federation of Agriculture put out a joint video reminding ATV riders that farmland is private property.
This video came after a Caledon, Ont. farmer estimated he lost about $10,000 in crops because of ATV damage.
People who enter a farm property without permission could do damage to crops or pose a biosecurity risk, an industry rep said.
