Tractor manufacturer receives Gold Level recognition and multiple top rankings from equipment dealers

TYM North America has been recognized with a Gold Level Award in the latest dealer survey conducted by the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA), highlighting the company's commitment to supporting agricultural equipment dealers across North America.

The Gold Level Award is presented to manufacturers whose survey results exceed the average performance of their category by at least 10 percent. The recognition reflects strong dealer satisfaction and confidence in TYM's products, services, and dealer support programs.

The company also achieved the top ranking for Overall Satisfaction in the Tractor Manufacturer category for the second consecutive year. This accomplishment demonstrates continued approval from dealers who work directly with the company and represent its products in local markets.

In addition to leading the Overall Satisfaction category, TYM secured the number one position in Product Availability and Marketing and Advertising Support. These areas are considered highly important for dealer success because they directly affect inventory management, sales opportunities, and customer service.

"We are extremely proud and thankful for our second consecutive 1st place award for Overall Satisfaction. This survey represents the voice of our most important audience, our tractor dealers—who are both our customers and business partners," said Steve Lee, Vice President of TYM North America.

He added, "I would like to thank our team members in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Oregon. While this has been a challenging year in the agriculture market, our employees refocused their efforts to support our dealers with respect and integrity every day."

The survey also showed strong performance across a broad range of evaluation categories. TYM earned either first or second place in nine of the twelve key performance metrics reviewed by participating dealers.

Among the categories where the company ranked second were Parts Quality, Return Privileges, Communication with Management, Warranty Payments, Product Quality, and Responsiveness to Dealers. Consistent high rankings across multiple categories indicate that dealers value both the company's products and its business support systems.

Company leaders credited employees, dealer partners, and support teams for the achievement. They noted that maintaining strong relationships with dealers remains a key priority, particularly during a challenging period for the agricultural industry.

TYM officials said the survey results reflect the voices of dealers who interact with the company daily. They emphasized that dealers serve as both customers and business partners, making their feedback especially valuable in measuring success and identifying areas for growth.

The company also highlighted efforts to strengthen communication, streamline processes, and improve collaboration with its dealer network throughout 2026. In addition to supporting existing dealers, TYM expanded its network by welcoming a record number of new dealers across the United States and Canada.

TYM continues to grow its presence in the agricultural equipment sector with a broad lineup of tractors designed for residential, agricultural, and light commercial applications. The company's product range includes models from compact tractors to larger utility tractors capable of handling demanding farm tasks.

"The TYM team remains focused on driving growth in the North American market. In 2026, our Sales and support teams worked closer than ever to make this happen. It really was a team effort, and we're excited about the momentum we're building together," said Daniel Patterson, Director of Sales, Dealer Development, and Marketing. "In addition to improving communication, collaboration and processes with existing TYM dealers. We also welcomed a record-number of new TYM dealers across the U.S. and Canada."

During 2026, TYM introduced three new compact utility tractor models: the T5068, T5074, and T5075. The company also manufactures related equipment including attachments and diesel engines designed to work together as integrated solutions for customers.

TYM assembles tractors at facilities located in four U.S. states and continues investing in dealer support, training, and customer service initiatives. These efforts are intended to strengthen long-term relationships throughout its North American network.

The annual NAEDA Dealer's Choice Survey is widely recognized throughout the agricultural equipment industry. Dealers evaluate manufacturers across twelve operational categories, including product quality, customer support, communication, warranty service, and business practices. Manufacturers receiving top scores are recognized for delivering strong value and support to dealers.

TYM's latest results demonstrate continued momentum in the North American market and reinforce the company's focus on dealer success, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
