The U.S. Department of Agriculture has reaffirmed its dedication to transparent and timely data by releasing the latest World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) report.

Signed by Secretary Brooke L. Rollins, this report outlines projected supply and demand figures for key commodities including wheat, rice, oilseeds, and cotton.

Prepared by the World Agricultural Outlook Board, the WASDE is used worldwide to track market trends and assist farmers in planning their operations. It delivers annual forecasts that impact both domestic and international agricultural decisions.

“American agriculture leads the world and the agricultural industry relies on the gold standard statistics and analysis in USDA reports. It is a privilege to sign this critical market report put together by the expert researchers and market analysts at USDA who work tirelessly to give farmers the data they need to anticipate how American goods will be exported with the world,” said Secretary Rollins.

In addition, Secretary Rollins reinstated the July Cattle Report and the County Estimates for Crops and Livestock, which had been cancelled under the prior administration.

These reports offer critical insights into crops like corn, soybeans, rice, and livestock such as cattle and peanuts.

These efforts ensure that farmers and ranchers have full access to data tools necessary for managing risks, planning investments, and staying competitive in changing markets. With reliable insights, agriculture professionals can navigate global challenges more confidently.
