Detailed Description

Flock of Olde English Babydoll Southdowns for sale. Founders of this flock were registered - these sheep are NOT. Up to 40 sheep - combination of rams, ewes, weathers, and lambs. Adult sheep are varying ages, 6 years and under. White, carmel, and black colors. Willing to seperate in order to meet your farm's needs. $75-125/sheep OR, $2,500 whole herd or best offer; price for smaller groupings negotiable. Transport may be available for an added fee.

About this breed: the registry breed standards 24" shoulder height or less, without wool, at maturity (age 2). Babydolls have an adorable teddy bear face; and, a sweet, docile temperment. Neither males or females have horns. Fleece tests at 19-20 microns which puts it in the class of cashmere. The wool is exceptional for yarn and felting. Babydolls make excellent grazers, and will not girdle your trees.
