PigCHAMP Drives New Software Product Development with Additional Business and Technical Customer Service Team.

Ames, Iowa – May 30, 2003.   PigCHAMP, Inc. the leading swine industry knowledge management company has expanded their Business and Technical Customer Service commitment as they drive forward the software development and service for pork producers and the industry.
Chad Hill, has joined the company as Business Analyst and will serve as liaison between the needs of the customer and the programming team to develop the new PigCHAMP suite of software products. Chad has a unique knowledge base in both pork production and software development gained from various jobs in the pork industry and during the start up of his own software company. Chad will be based out of the Ames, Iowa PigCHAMP head office.

Kristi Guse, is the new Technical Support Representative and will be working with customers on technical customer service. Kristi is a graduate of Iowa State University from the Animal Science program. She has previous work experience at the ISU Nutrition Farm and from her family’s farm in Northwest Iowa. She will provide customer service from the Ames office.
