ADM To Build New Soy Crushing Facility In North Dakota

ADM has announced plans to build North Dakota’s first-ever dedicated soybean crushing plant and refinery.

Based in Spiritwood, North Dakota, (near Jamestown) the approximately $350 million crush and refining complex will have the capacity to process 150,000 bushels of soybeans per day.

The facility is expected to be complete prior to the 2023 harvest.

ADM also plans to invest approximately $25 million to expand refining and storage capacity at its crush and refining facility in Quincy, Illinois.

He earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Animal Sciences from the University of California, Davis, where he focused on intestinal health and metabolic responses in pigs. His research evaluates alternatives to antibiotics, targeting gut health and performance in nursery pigs.
