The new leader of the Conservative Party of Canada unveiled his shadow cabinet.

Pierre Poilievre named Alberta Conservative MP John Barlow the agriculture critic.

Barlow served in the position under previous leaders. He also endorsed Poilievre during the leadership campaign.

Associate shadow ministers of agriculture are Regina-Lewvan MP Warren Steinley and Richard Lehoux from Beauce, Que.
