Angus cattle showcased at East Central Sask. Cattle Tour

The East Central Saskatchewan Angus Pasture Tour was the place to be this week for those in the cattle business, especially for those having a particular interest in Angus cattle.

The provincial Angus association typically has a tour each year, and this year it was held in the east central region.

Over two days – Aug. 9 and 10 – the tour was scheduled to make stops at nine purebred Angus farms. Day one the tour headed basically north, and day two would swing south of Yorkton.
