Five recent promotions within HyLife’s Neepawa Truck Wash Bay are putting a spotlight on both career development and an often-overlooked part of an integrated pork production system.
Earlier this summer, HyLife promoted five members of its Truck Wash Bay team in Neepawa, Manitoba, on the same day:

- Reginald Ian Sibayan – Senior Wash Tech
- Sergii Golinko – Shunter
- Joem Odtohan – Senior Wash Tech
- Gabriel Pandacan – Shunter
The promotions represent individual career milestones, but they also provide a look at the people and infrastructure required behind the scenes to keep a large pork production system moving.
