Bushel Plus Ltd. Awarded New Technology Innovation Award

REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN (March 23, 2026) – Bushel Plus Ltd., a global leader in harvest optimization solutions, has been named the recipient of the New Technology Innovation Award at Canada’s Farm Show, one of the country’s premier agricultural events, held March 17-19, 2026, in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The award is presented by the show’s Innovator Recognition Program, highlighting technologies that advance agriculture by improving efficiency, productivity, and sustainability while delivering measurable value to farmers.

Bushel Plus earned the award for its newly released X9 Split Frame MAD Concaves™, a state-of-the-art modular concave system for John Deere X9 Series Combines that reduces concave changeover time while improving grain quality and overall combine performance.

“Winning this award underscores the value of listening to farmers and turning real-world challenges into practical solutions,” says Marcel Kringe, Founder and CEO. “Working closely with our customers enables us to develop products that perform at the highest level, helping them capture more bushels and boost profitability.”

Cutting Crop Changeover Time from Hours to Minutes

For farmers running multiple crops through the same machine, switching between wheat, barley, corn, or soybeans has traditionally required hours of downtime, physical strain, and the risk of re-leveling errors.

The X9 Split Frame MAD Concaves eliminate that bottleneck. A structural split frame remains securely installed in the combine, while lightweight, crop-specific inserts can be quickly swapped in and out. No full removal or re-levelling is required, and changeovers now take just one person approximately 15 minutes.

Field-tested across North America, the system delivers lower grain loss, cleaner samples, improved efficiency, allowing farmers to harvest faster, protect grain quality, and maximize profitability. Constructed from AR-200 & AR- 450 abrasion-resistant steel, the concaves perform reliably under demanding harvest conditions.
