MINNEAPOLIS, MN, - Ceres Global Ag Corp. (TSX: CRP) ("Ceres" or the "Corporation") announced today the results of its annual meeting of shareholders held on November 25, 2024.
The nominees listed in the Management Information Circular ("the Circular") dated November 1, 2024, were elected as directors of the Corporation. All directors were elected for another term.
