Do you like mustard on your hot dog? Or is ketchup your jam? (I use both.) Are you a hot-sauce lover? You may be interested in this article from Modern Farmer discussing how extreme weather around the world has affected the production of several popular condiments, including all three of the above. Shortages in some of the key ingredients in recent years has led to shortages and higher prices. Fortunately, there are some things that home consumers can do to keep shortages of these condiments from ruining their dinners, and that is discussed in the article too.

It's summertime in Minnesota as a yellow Air Tractor agricultural application aircraft -- a crop duster -- responds to the control inputs of its pilot in a low-altitude dance just above the tops of the cornstalks. Enjoy! And we found a Bell 206 Long Ranger spray helicopter perched on a support truck at the edge of the cornfields, and launching from there. In our video, you can occasionally hear the rotor sounds of the crop-dusting helicopter as we see the yellow Air Tractor in a nearby field.
