Christian Farmers Federation partners with Kindred Credit Union

CAMBRIDGE — The Christian Farmers Federation of Ontario (CFFO) is pleased to announce our partnership with Kindred Credit Union.

Kindred Credit Union is a member-owned financial cooperative based in southwestern Ontario and their values-centred approach is woven into everything they do, making them the perfect partner for the CFFO.

“At Kindred, we understand farmers, and have almost 60 years of agricultural banking experience,” said Stephanie Szusz, Vice-President of Agriculture and Commercial Banking for Kindred. “Farming is a vocation and yet also needs to be a viable business. This partnership with CFFO is an important way that we can help farmers and their families thrive.”

Kindred’s purpose to provide cooperative banking that connects values and faith with finances aligns with CFFO’s mission to advocate for policy that encourages Christian stewardship and supports thriving family farms.  “All of us at the CFFO are excited about this new partnership with Kindred Credit Union,” said CFFO General Manager, Tom Tavani. “We both believe strongly in keeping faith in farming and supporting family farms in Ontario.”

The CFFO is committed to building a strong relationship with Kindred Credit Union and its owners and looks forward to working with them to strengthen sustainable farming in Ontario.
