Coxreels offers shipping program

For all farmer sprayer needs, Coxreels’ new shipping program promises fast delivery

Andrew Joseph, Farms.com

Coxreels, a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty professional-grade hose, cord and cable reels, has developed its mew shipping program—Coxreels Ship Ready—in an effort to better serve its customers’ needs.

With more than 80 SKUs (stock-keeping units) included, the new Coxreels Ship Ready program is able to ship all confirmed orders the very next business day after an order is placed.

Coxreels added that, if at any time it can ship the same day, it promised to do its best to make it happen.

To ensure quicker response time on order delivery, Coxreels has set an upper limit that can be ordered on a Purchase Order—10 per SKU (10 of any one item) per order.

Coxreels said that its new Ship Ready program was designed after feedback from clients on how to better ensure customer satisfaction—the same manner in which it provides products to help grow a customer’s business.

Currently in its 10th decade under the third generation of family ownership and operation, Coxreels is headquartered in Tempe, Arizona.

Pat Hoffman, Swine Technical Consultant and Elanco Animal Health tells us about the inpact or New World Screwworm. The emergence of New World screwworm in the U.S. creates a threat for veterinarians, livestock producers and pet owners that has not been seen north of the Florida Keys since the fly was eradicated from the United States more than 50 years ago. New World screwworm (Cochliomyia hominivorax) larvae feed on living tissue and can affect a wide range of warm-blooded animals, including livestock, companion animals, wildlife, and even humans.
“New World screwworm could have a devastating impact on animal health, welfare, and producer livelihoods,” said Jeff Simmons, President and CEO, Elanco Animal Health. “We want to thank the FDA, EPA and USDA, for all their work to prepare for this threat. We’re committed to supporting our customers during this challenging time by delivering innovation, scientific expertise, and available resources to help treat New World screwworm and support the health and well-being of animals.”
Elanco is working alongside the U.S. animal health industry to help them fight against this parasite, offering a portfolio of options for pets and livestock that can help treat New World screwworm larvae infestations.
