Five Saskatchewan crop commissions are looking for farmers to serve on each of their board of directors.

The nomination period for director positions with Saskatchewan Barley Development Commission (SaskBarley), Saskatchewan Pulse Growers (SPG), Saskatchewan Mustard Development Commission (Sask Mustard) and Saskatchewan Wheat Development Commission (Sask Wheat) is now open.

SaskBarley has three director positions open, Sask Wheat is looking to fill four open director positions, Sask Mustard has two positions open, and SPG is looking to fill three director positions.

The deadline to submit completed nomination forms for all commissions is Sept. 5. If the commissions receive more nominations than there are director positions available, elections will be declared and held this fall.
