2026 Mark Kreps & Steve Connelly Memorial Lecture Announced

Taking the stage to present the Mark Kreps & Steve Connelly Memorial Lecture at the 2026 Dealership Minds Summit are Tom Rosztoczy and son Joey Rosztoczy of the 25-store Stotz Equipment (Dealership of the Year Alumni Group, Farm Equipment Dealer 100™). The pair break down how the dealership has taken analytics to the next level to move the operation into the future. Stotz now has 6 data analysts on staff — split between customers/farmers and 3 working on internal operations — to complement 4 software engineers writing code for the business.

Known nationally for their expertise in precision farming, the Arizona-based dealer group (now operating in Canada since 2024) has set a goal for world-class performance in software and hardware, too. The father-son duo return to the Dealership Minds Summit last appeared together at the Next-Generation Summit 11 years ago and will update attendees on the thought processes and results to date from their new data initiative.

The 2026 Mark Kreps & Steve Connelly Memorial Lecture is sponsored by Honey Bee Manufacturing. Named after late RDO Equipment Executives Mark Kreps and Steve Connelly, this premier lecture honors their memory and spirit – and continues to reinforce their leadership and commitment to excellence to the next generation.
