AgRevolution to Acquire M&S Implement

AgRevolution announced its intent Sept. 12 to expand into Harrisburg, Ill.., through an asset purchase of M&S Implement Company Incorporated of Harrisburg, Ill., in late October 2023 subject to completion of due diligence. AgRevolution is owned by AGCO and operates 7 locations throughout western Kentucky and southern Indiana. AgRevolution’s expansion will provide sales and services to southern Illinois farmers for AGCO’s full lineup of brands, including Fendt, Gleaner, Massey Ferguson and Hesston.

“M&S Implement has greatly enjoyed serving southern Illinois farmers for almost 65 years, and we’re excited about working with AgRevolution for many years going forward,” said Roger Apple, president, M&S Implement Company Incorporated.

AgRevolution CEO Stacy Anthony stated to Farm Equipment that the dealership was willing to continue parts and service contracts with M&S Implement's other manufacturers (New Holland, Kinze, J&M, Bush Hog and Gravely) at the Harrisburg store to provide continued support to all M&S Implement's customers. Anthony stated the final decision on those parts and service contracts would be in the hands of M&S Implement's other carried brands.
