Agri-Service, an AGCO dealer serving Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Wyoming, has acquired Deer Park Farm Center (Deer Park, Wash.), Diesel & Machine (Lewiston, Idaho), and Walla Walla Farm Center (Walla Walla, Wash.).
Kevin Vivian, president of Agri-Service, says, “It is important to Agri-Service to provide a seamless transition for our new customers by retaining the employees and management teams and continue to provide an excellent customer experience. The name may be different, but it is the same people and the same locations our new and existing customers can depend on.”
The acquisition was finalized on June 29, 2023.
