Ascenso Tires Expands the OEM Team with Douglas Duesing

Ascenso Tires is pleased to welcome Douglas Duesing as an OEM Sales Manager in the North American market. He has an experience of 10+ years working in Agriculture, Construction and Mining OEMs. Douglas will be fully focused on OE1 and OE2 accounts in North America and will help get Ascenso tires on equipment.

Being one of the latest entrants in the Off-Highway Tire market space, Ascenso has received positive feedback from key Global OEMs embracing our fast product development and our superior total cost of acquisition. Third-Party field testing has proven to OEMs the high quality of our product portfolio. Ascenso has distribution centers across the globe and the ability to assemble in each continent has been perceived as a great value proposition for OEMs.

“As consolidation continues to take place in the marketplace, we see an increased demand from the OEMs for a high-quality value brand such as Ascenso”, says Olivier Hubrecht, President Global OEM for Ascenso Tires. “We are therefore adding more OEM experts to the Global OEM team to answer to that need. Douglas has a proven track record and is the right fit to support our strong growth.”

Before trade and tariffs dominated the conversation, taxation was one of the biggest issues on farmers’ minds last year. From the carbon tax to capital gains, OFA worked with the Canadian Federation of Agriculture and provincial partners to push for fair, practical solutions. We saw progress on carbon tax relief and capital gains, and we continue to advocate for modernized farm tax programs at both the provincial and federal levels.

OFA works to represent the interests of Ontario farmers to all levels of government. Renew your Farm Business Registration (FBR) by March 1/26 and choose OFA so we can continue to support Ontario farmers and their businesses.
