BCI to Release New Book, 'The Dealership Equation'

Dealership training and development company Bob Clements International (BCI) announced the upcoming release of the new book, The Dealership Equation: How People, Processes, and Profits Can Make or Break a Business by BCI's Sara Hey. The book is scheduled to be released on July 5.

According to BCI, Hey's new industry-specific book will equip dealers with the tools and mindset necessary to excel in today’s competitive market. It provides a step-by-step guide on how to move your dealership forward using the 3 major pillars of business: people, processes, and profits, BCI says, adding readers will be able to develop an individualized plan to help implementing processes and sustaining stable growth.

Hey is a contributing author to multiple industry publications and keynote speaker. She has often contributed Rural Lifestyle Dealer, having written numerous articles, delivered several webinars and presented most recently at the 2023 Dealer Success Academy. Hey is also the co-author of the book You’re the Problem and the Solution.
