Birkey’s Farm Store Announces Acquisition of Selby Implement

Birkey's Farm Store, a full-line Case IH and Case Construction Dealer, announced that it is entering into a purchase agreement to acquire the dealership stock of Selby Implement. The acquisition includes full-line Case IH agriculture and power sports dealerships located in Quincy, Ill., and Hannibal, Mo. Finalization of the acquisition is expected on July 31, 2023.

"We look forward to developing relationships and serving the needs of customers in the Selby Implement territory with the same high level of service that our customers have come to expect from us over the last 69 years."
