ContiTech Names Jim Hill VP of Distribution for Americas

Fairlawn, Ohio, February 17, 2026. Continental’s group sector ContiTech has appointed Jim Hill as Vice President of Distribution for its Industrial Solutions Americas (IAM) business area. Hill previously served as IAM Vice President of Marketing and Strategy. 

“Jim’s extensive industry experience and proven leadership make him well suited to lead our distribution strategy in the Americas,” said Andreas Gerstenberger, ContiTech USA CEO and Head of Business Area Industrial Solutions Americas. “His deep knowledge of our markets and customers will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our distribution network.”

In his new role, Hill will lead distribution efforts across the region, focusing on building and enhancing relationships with customers and distribution partners.

Before joining ContiTech in 2015, Hill held management positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and later senior executive roles at Goodyear Engineered Products, which became Veyance Technologies and is now part of ContiTech. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Kentucky.
