Mark Honnen, president of Honnen Equipment, announces that Honnen’s 8 stores located in Wyoming, Utah and Idaho are to be acquired by RDO Equipment, and its 3 Colorado stores are to be acquired by 4Rivers Equipment.
RDO is a John Deere dealer headquartered in Fargo, N.D. and has 110 total construction and agriculture stores located throughout North Dakota, Arizona, California, Minnesota, Montana, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas and Washington. 4Rivers, a John Deere dealer, consists of 17 total stores in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico and Texas.
The deal is expected to be closed on December 11, 2023.
