Horizon Ag & Turf and Battle River Implements Ltd. announced they were merging operations, effective Nov. 30, 2026. The transaction is subject to due diligence and regulatory review and approval. Both operations have complimentary goals, cultures, and a shared vision for the future. The Battle River Implements locations will be rebranded to Horizon Ag & Turf.

We both have a long successful history in the Agricultural, Construction and Turf businesses, and this is a natural move forward for us” remarked Cam Kay, CEO of Horizon Ag & Turf.
