Horizon Ag & Turf and Battle River Implements Ltd. announced they were merging operations, effective Nov. 30, 2026. The transaction is subject to due diligence and regulatory review and approval. Both operations have complimentary goals, cultures, and a shared vision for the future. The Battle River Implements locations will be rebranded to Horizon Ag & Turf.

Terry Hamilton will continue to lead the Camrose, Killam, Wainwright and Provost stores in addition to being a director of the company.
