Vi by visorPRO, the AI-powered service assistant built for equipment dealerships, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Schmeiser as Chief Operating Officer. A respected leader in the dealership industry, Schmeiser brings decades of experience and a proven track record of guiding organizations through change and growth.

Most recently, Schmeiser served as the President and COO of the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA), where he played a central role in unifying multiple dealer associations across North America. His leadership has helped shape the future of dealership operations, policy, and advocacy.

In his new role, Schmeiser will lead operational strategy and work closely with Vi’s leadership team to define the company’s strategy and roadmap—ensuring that every step of Vi’s growth aligns with the evolving needs of the equipment dealership industry.

“We built Vi to serve dealers first—and there’s no one better equipped to help guide that mission than John,” said Robert Saik, CEO of T1 Technology Corporation, the parent company of Vi by visorPRO. “His experience and insight will help ensure Vi’s continued growth alongside the real-world demands of dealership operations.”

Vi enables technicians to instantly access information from service manuals, historical work orders, and internal knowledge—helping service teams improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and boost margins.
