LOCKWOOD Manufacturing is proud to announce a new distribution partnership with AVR Machinery, a leading Belgian manufacturer of innovative potato equipment. LOCKWOOD will serve as AVR’s official distributor in North Dakota and Minnesota, with planned inventory available directly through LOCKWOOD’s North Valley Equipment dealership in Grafton, ND. LOCKWOOD is AVR’s first official U.S. based dealer.

“We are excited to be able to offer this collaboration with AVR to our growers in the region,” said Darren Demers, manager and regional salesman for North Valley Equipment. “AVR’s innovation and industry knowledge of potato equipment is a strong addition we’re proud to offer our LOCKWOOD growers.”

AVR is a Belgian family business that boasts over 175 years of industry experience with a mission to help growers work more sustainably and efficiently. AVR’s handling and piling equipment will be available through North Valley Equipment, with plans to expand the product lineup.

“We are thrilled to partner with LOCKWOOD,” said Andrew Starbuck, AVR’s Country Manager. “Their regional knowledge, strong relationships with growers, and reputation for quality make them the ideal partner for introducing AVR equipment in the Upper Midwest.”
