Montana Equipment Dealers Association Signs Memorandum of Understanding with AED

Schaumburg, Ill. – The Board of Directors of the Montana Equipment Dealers Assn. (MEDA) has approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) for their associations to collaborate on federal advocacy.

“The MEDA members recognize the importance of aligning with a strong international equipment organization to lobby on federal policy,” said Brad Griffin, Managing Director of MEDA. “This agreement formalizes what has been in practice for many years between AED and MEDA.”

MEDA has been active and effective in Montana’s state legislature and has built strong working relationships with members of its Congressional delegation. This coordinated strategy with a partner such as AED further builds upon its efforts to provide additional value to MEDA members on issues of importance to equipment dealers.
