VitalEdge Technologies, the leading global provider of dealer management solutions for the heavy equipment industry, announced the appointment of Shane Martin as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Martin will help strengthen VitalEdge’s ability to partner with dealers and OEMs worldwide by aligning go-to-market teams around a shared focus on customer success, long-term relationships, and sustainable growth. As Chief Revenue Officer, Martin will lead VitalEdge’s global go-to-market strategy, ensuring customers are supported consistently across regions as the industry continues to evolve. His responsibilities will include deepening collaboration across sales, marketing, customer success, and partner teams to help dealers navigate changing market conditions with clarity, confidence, and technology built for their real-world needs.

“Shane brings a rare combination of commercial leadership and a deep understanding of how customer-focused organizations scale responsibly,” said Vikram Savkar, CEO of VitalEdge Technologies. “As our customers face increasing complexity, from multi-OEM environments to growing rental and service operations, Shane’s leadership will help us stay closely aligned with dealer needs while continuing to invest in the people, platforms, and partnerships that support their success.”

Martin most recently served as the Global Head of Sales for the Financial and Corporate Compliance division at Wolters Kluwer, where he led global teams supporting customers through regulatory change and operational transformation. Throughout his career, he has focused on building highperforming organizations grounded in strong customer relationships, clear value delivery, and repeatable go-to-market models that scale without losing proximity to the customer.
