Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners Breaks Ground on New Store in Waterloo, Ill.

 WATERLOO, IL – Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners (SNP) is proud to break ground on a new John Deere store and office in Waterloo, Ill. – further solidifying their commitment to the community and driving their vision for strategic growth. This building will serve as a 42,100 square-foot showroom and service center for their state-of-the-art tractor inventory. The building will also include 7,500 square feet of office space for team members with a mezzanine for team and visitor use. This new facility will be centrally located off IL Route 3. SNP is excited to bring this dream to life and is committed to engaging the local community. As a local, family-owned business, it was important for SNP to work with like-minded partners on this project. Keeley Construction, headquartered in St. Louis, MO will self-perform all concrete work and serve as General Contractor. Huebner Concrete & Excavation, located in Waterloo, IL, will perform all excavation and earthwork beginning in mid-March 2024 with a target completion date of mid December 2024
