Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners Opens 5 Dealer Locations in NY & PA

Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners (SNP), a trusted, family-owned John Deere dealership with deep agricultural roots spanning three states and over 100 years — a Farm Equipment Dealer 100™ dealership, and the 2021 Farm Equipment Dealership of the Year — has announced that it was proud to assume the responsibility of 5 dealership locations in the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Pennsylvania. This strategic expansion, effective Sept. 3 ensures continued service and support for customers in the region following the closure of the current John Deere dealer, Port Crane, N.Y.-based Lindsey Equipment.

According to the news release, effective September 3, SNP will operate out of the following locations: Apalachin, Big Flats, Mansfield, Honesdale and Ashley, preserving vital access to equipment, service, and support for local communities. These locations are part of a transition from Lindsey Equipment, which is exiting the market. By assuming 5 stores in the area, SNP is repositioning to better serve the region.

This expansion builds on the company’s recent acquisition of 9 locations in New York through the purchase of Cazenovia Equipment in June 2024, reports the company. These stores, located throughout Northern and Central New York, are contiguous with the area that will now be served by the Apalachin, Big Flats, Mansfield, Honesdale and Ashley locations, the company further reported.
