UPDATED: H&S Manufacturing Announces Closure of Clintonville Facility

H&S Manufacturing announces the closure of its Clintonville, Wis., facility, opting to consolidate its operations at the Marshfield, Wis., location, according to a report from TCH Daily News. Managing director Craig Harthoorn says manufacturing operations are scheduled to cease in late 2024, followed by the closure of the Research and Development facility in early 2025.

While H&S did not disclose the number of jobs affected by the consolidation, Harthoorn mentioned that affected employees have the option to apply for positions in Marshfield.

The company, known for producing various farm implements such as bale processors, mixers, hay tedders, and rakes, sees this consolidation as a strategic move to ensure a more efficient and robust future for the Hay & Forage Division.
