Vi by visorPRO, the AI-powered aftermarket platform built for equipment dealerships, today announced the Dealer Knowledge Portal, a new feature that allows dealers to upload their own internal resources into Vi. This gives aftermarket teams faster access to proven dealership knowledge, helping them diagnose equipment and identify the right parts faster, improve quoting accuracy, retain valuable expertise, and increase aftermarket productivity and profitability.
Vi brings together dealership work orders, manuals and technical documentation. The Dealer Knowledge Portal expands that knowledge base with regional fixes, troubleshooting guides, common parts lists, training materials, dealer-developed procedures and additional manufacturer documents. It also gives dealers more control over Vi’s coverage for the off-brand equipment they service.
