Florida Coast Equipment Appoints John Groff as Senior Advisor

The former President and owner of one of Kubota’s elite dealerships is joining Florida Coast Equipment’s executive leadership team.

Florida Coast Equipment announced that John Groff, the former owner of Maryland’s Gateway Tractor & Equipment Company, would be joining the company as Senior Advisor for Business Strategy.

“John is huge addition to the team and will be a major asset for Florida Coast Equipment’s customers,” said Todd Bachman, president and CEO of Florida Coast Equipment  “Not only is he extremely intelligent and talented, but he’s seen just about everything in the industry over his 20 years running his family’s Kubota dealership.”

Groff becomes the third major executive to join Florida Coast Equipment in the last 30 days as the company continues to attract the top talent in the industry as it remains laser-focused on ‘providing superior customer service and unrivaled product support,’ Bachman stressed.

Before selling his dealership at the end of 2021, Groff was able to eliminate all of his company’s debt, significantly increase revenues and profits, but most importantly, his dealership empowered and engaged his employees in the success of their departments.
