The Iowa State University (ISU) Crops Team has announced its 2026–2027 winter programming schedule and opened sponsorship opportunities for industry partners to support agronomic, conservation, and farm profitability education reaching thousands of stakeholders across Iowa and in other states. Sponsorships support programs that deliver research-based information to the agricultural community.
Significant engagement and proven impact from the 2025–2026 season include:
- Integrated Crop Management (ICM) Conference: Hosted 478 attendees, with 90% of participants reporting a high level of understanding on critical issues such as southern rust identification.
- Crop Advantage Series: Held across 12 locations with over 950 attendees, where 91% of participants noted the programming met or exceeded expectations.
- Planter University: Reached 256 attendees from 62 Iowa counties and six states across five locations; 57% of responding participants estimated a future profit increase of $20 per acre using the insights gained.
