Machinery Scope Announces Improvements to Warranty Solutions

Machinery Scope, a leading provider of extended warranty solutions for agricultural and construction equipment, has unveiled significant updates to its extended warranty offerings. The enhancements are a direct result of the feedback gathered from equipment owners, dealers and industry partners with the objective of delivering greater value, convenience, and protection for equipment owners, dealers, and industry professionals.

The updated programs now include reimbursement for travel time, mileage and hauling costs, easing the financial burden when transporting equipment for repairs. Additionally, new coverage has been extended to class 10 and 11 combines, emissions components, expanded electronics and other critical components, providing broader protection against costly repairs.

In another key development, Machinery Scope now offers the ability to add coverage to existing extended warranty plans, maximizing the value of the original coverage while adding protection at the back end of that plan. “This feature is particularly valuable for customers aligning protection plans on used equipment with lease structures or other financing options,” said Jacob Bryce, founder and President of Machinery Scope.

“Our goal is to capture the value of the equipment as it is and add to it. These updates allow us to provide additional customized solutions that integrate with the operational and financial realities of equipment ownership, ensuring seamless protection throughout the machine’s lifecycle.”

“Our new and improved warranty programs are designed to better align with the evolving needs of today’s equipment owners,” Bryce continued. “Whether it’s expanded covered components, reimbursing transportation costs, or extending existing warranty plans, we are committed to providing exceptional service and comprehensive coverage that allows owners to keep their operations running smoothly and maximize their return on investment.”

Machinery Scope’s extended warranties are available not only for new equipment but also for used machines, up to 15 years old, with industry-leading claims support ensuring a smooth process from quote to claim. These updates reflect the company’s dedication to making ownership more manageable, minimizing the risks of mechanical failures and offering maximum peace of mind.
