The September 15 soybean field day was postponed because the soybeans were not progressing fast enough for the planned harvest on September 15, even with desiccation and there was a good chance of rain in Charlotte as of late last week. Therefore, the Soybean Harvest Equipment Field Day had to be postponed. The new tentative date will be Tuesday, September 22. The weather forecast for September continues to be volatile and we will be assessing the situation throughout this week in the event it will need to be pushed back another day or two. All other plans for the event will be unchanged.
