This chef from Northern Ireland grew up on a dairy farm in County Antrim. She left the farm at the age of 16 to travel to England and pursue a career in cooking.

In 2017, Smyth opened Core, her first restaurant, in London, England.

To date, she’s the only female to run the kitchen at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. This year received the designation of best female chef from World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
