Acquisition Strengthens Sustainable Crop Solutions and Global Grower Support
AgroPlantae has announced the acquisition of the crop technologies product portfolio from Kemin Industries, strengthening its position in the plant nutrition and sustainable agriculture sector. AgroPlantae focuses on delivering innovative solutions that help crops overcome both biotic and abiotic stress while improving soil health and plant vitality to support higher yields.
Kemin Crop Technologies is known for providing botanical-based biopesticides, plant nutrition products, and soil health solutions. These products are widely used in specialty crops, greenhouse production, and other real-world farming conditions. With this acquisition, AgroPlantae expands its ability to offer advanced, science-based solutions to growers facing modern agricultural challenges.
AgroPlantae was founded in 2009 by President and CEO Angelo Paolucci. The company was created to address the challenges farmers faced due to poor soil conditions and changing climate factors. Over the years, AgroPlantae has built a strong reputation through research, innovation, and close partnerships with growers. It continues to focus on helping farmers manage plant stress and reach the full genetic potential of their crops.

As part of the agreement, AgroPlantae will take over products such as TetraCURB MAX, AlliCURB MAX, PathoCURB, RevoCURB, Romivex DIP, OmniCURB, Valena, and Valena FLOW. Kemin’s sales managers will also join AgroPlantae while continuing to support customers in their existing regions, ensuring a smooth transition.
