AI powered spray technology reaches more growers through 200 new dealers

AgZen has significantly expanded its dealer network by adding more than 200 locations across North America during the second quarter of 2026. The move strengthens the company's ability to deliver its AI-powered RealCoverage precision spraying technology to more farmers and agricultural businesses.

The new dealer partners represent major agricultural equipment brands and include organizations with strong precision agriculture expertise. AgZen said additional dealers are expected to join the network in the coming months.

"What excites me most isn't how fast this happened -- it's the extensive precision ag capabilities these dealers bring for both new and old equipment," said Darin Krantz, Chief Sales Officer of AgZen.

He added, "We now have elite dealers representing John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, AGCO, and more, all standing behind RealCoverage. When equipment partners across competing brands independently reach the same conclusion, that's the strongest signal you can get that growers need this technology.

He continued, “Dealers sign on when a product is easy to sell, delivers a fast return, and makes their growers more successful -- RealCoverage does all three, no matter what logo is on the hood for both new and used sprayers or whose product is in the tank."

RealCoverage is designed to help growers improve spray application performance by providing real-time intelligence coverage. According to the company, the technology can increase spray coverage effectiveness while reducing wasted inputs. This can help farmers reduce crop protection costs and improve application results.

"We're excited about AgZen's technology and the tremendous value it can add for our commercial applicators and farmers," said Stacy Anthony, CEO of AgRevolution. "What I love most is that they've removed all the reasons to say no. The way AgZen has thought about the dealership program shows they're scaling the right way -- it's not just about the product; it's about making it successful. The structure they've built does exactly that, and it makes RealCoverage very easy to want to carry."

AgZen reports that the system can generate significant savings through improved product placement on plant leaves. The technology may also help agricultural retailers and custom applicators operate more efficiently by lowering carrier volumes, reducing refill stops, and increasing daily field productivity.

Company leaders said the rapid dealer growth reflects strong industry confidence in the technology. The dealer-focused approach allows growers to access support and service through established equipment partners.

The expansion follows a period of strong business growth for AgZen. Earlier in 2026, the company secured additional investment funding and strengthened partnerships with major crop protection companies. These developments support the company's strategy to expand its reach of its precision spraying solutions.

AgZen believes its technology can provide valuable application data to farmers, retailers, equipment manufacturers, crop protection companies, and regulators. By offering measurable insights into spray performance, the company aims to improve decision-making across the crop protection industry.

"For eight decades, crop protection has run largely on guesswork, with no reliable way to measure how much of an application actually reached the plant," said Vishnu Jayaprakash, CEO of AgZen.

He added, "We are taking off that blindfold. By making coverage measurable, we give the entire value chain an objective standard for what works, which is why demand for RealCoverage now extends well beyond the farm. Coverage intelligence is becoming foundational infrastructure for our industry, ensuring that every dollar finally counts."

With a growing dealer network and increasing industry adoption, AgZen is positioning RealCoverage as a key tool for improving spray efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting more precise crop protection applications.

We just planted the first crop ever on Zach's newly purchased 38-acre field, and it wasn't without its challenges. In this video, we dig behind the planter to check soil moisture, talk through our starter fertilizer program, and discover this ground has some heavier soil than expected, including high magnesium levels and some mucky conditions down deep.
