New phytogenic feed solution boosts efficiency and health in pigs
Alltech has introduced Olerix™, a new phytogenic feed solution designed to support growth and improve feed efficiency in pigs under modern pork production systems. The product uses a blend of plant-based compounds that help enhance performance and health outcomes in the swine.
A key feature of Olerix™ is its proprietary coating process. This process protects the bioactive compounds during feed manufacturing, ensuring they remain effective from production to consumption. As a result, pigs receive consistent nutritional support throughout their growth stages.

According to Alltech, Olerix™ has been tested in validated trials under real farm conditions. The research, led by Dr. Jose Soto and Alltech’s research team, showed repeatable improvements in growth performance and livability, especially in younger pigs facing health challenges. Similar positive results were also observed in finishing pigs.
