Three-year partnership brings funding equipment and support to Farm Rescue
Can Am and Farm Rescue have announced a new three-year partnership designed to support farm and ranch families facing unexpected challenges. The collaboration will provide financial assistance, equipment, and fundraising opportunities aimed at helping agricultural operations continue during times of hardship.
Through the partnership, Can Am will contribute resources that strengthen Farm Rescue's ability to serve farmers and ranchers dealing with illness, injury, natural disasters, and other unexpected events.
"Both organizations serve people who embody resilience, determination and a commitment to helping others," said Jérémi Doyon-Roch, Global Marketing Director, Can-Am Off-Road, at BRP.
He added, "Can-Am is proud to partner with Farm Rescue because we share a belief that strong communities are built when people show up for one another. Unstoppable isn't for everyone. It's for those -- like Farm Rescue volunteers -- who can't afford to stop when a family's legacy is on the line. Together, we're investing in the families, values and communities that keep agriculture moving forward."
As part of the agreement, Can Am will provide $50,000 annually for the next three years. The company will also supply two Can Am Defender utility vehicles to support Farm Rescue field operations. These vehicles will help volunteers deliver services and assistance more efficiently across the organization's service area.
Another major part of the partnership involves a customized 2026 Can Am Defender MAX Lone Star Cab HD11. The specially wrapped vehicle will be used in fundraising efforts to generate additional support for Farm Rescue programs.

The vehicle is scheduled to be auctioned during the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky, in February 2027. All proceeds from the auction will benefit Farm Rescue and its mission to assist farm and ranch families.
With the agreement in place, Can Am has also been named the official utility vehicle of Farm Rescue. The designation highlights both organizations' commitment to supporting agriculture and strengthening rural communities.
Company representatives noted that both organizations share common values, including resilience, determination, and service to others. The partnership aims to help preserve agricultural traditions while providing practical assistance to families during difficult periods.
Farm Rescue is a nonprofit organization that offers critical agricultural support services. These services include planting, harvesting, livestock feeding, and other farm-related tasks that families may be unable to complete because of major life challenges. By providing volunteer labor, equipment, and donated resources, the organization helps keep farms operational when assistance is needed at most.
Since its founding in 2005, Farm Rescue has helped more than 1,300 farm families. Its volunteer network operates across 11 states, providing timely support that allows families to focus on recovery while maintaining their agricultural operations.
Leaders from Farm Rescue said the partnership will increase awareness of the organization's work while generating the financial resources needed to assist additional families in the future. The support from Can Am is expected to expand the organization's ability to provide services and respond to requests for help.
The customized Defender vehicle will be displayed at several major agricultural events before its auction. Farmers and agricultural professionals attending these events will have opportunities to learn more about Farm Rescue's mission and the partnership's goals.
The collaboration demonstrates how private companies and nonprofit organizations can work together to support agriculture. Through financial contributions, equipment donations, and fundraising initiatives, the partnership is expected to provide meaningful benefits to farm and ranch families facing difficult circumstances.
