According to the report, the Canadian organic market reached $11.88 billion in 2025. This represents a strong growth of 24 percent compared to 2023. The growth is mainly driven by increasing consumer demand, changing buying habits, and developments in retail and distribution systems. These factors together are shaping the future of the organic industry. 

The report offers a detailed overview of the market. It explains the current growth trends and identifies the key factors that are influencing the market. It also gives valuable insights into consumer behavior.
