New field equipment focuses on efficiency performance and easier maintenance.
Elmer’s Manufacturing is expanding its lineup of agricultural equipment with the introduction of the Super7 Harrow and the Wolverine WD2 Ditcher. Elmer Manufacturing's latest products highlight the company’s focus on improving field performance, operator convenience, and machine reliability.
The Super7 Harrow is now available in a new 130-foot configuration, building on the success of the existing 70-foot and 90-foot models. Originally introduced in 2009, the Super7 has earned a reputation for delivering versatile field finishes through its unique seven-bar design. The design allows farmers to cover more ground in a single pass while maintaining consistent performance across a variety of field conditions.
Several upgrades have been made to the latest Super7 Harrow. A dynamic ground pressure system applies even pressure across the entire machine, helping maintain a consistent finish over uneven terrain. Operators can also select ground pressure settings from the cab, while the advanced Super7 Pro option automates adjustments and helps reduce operator fatigue.
The machine features a stronger frame, improved flotation tires, and a parallel linkage system that allows all seven rows of tires to work effectively. These improvements enhance residue management, seedbed preparation, and field repair tasks after harvesting.
The Super7 Harrow also supports Elmer’s Connect 2.0 technology. The software enables live data synchronization in the field and offers customizable dashboards and in-app camera integration, giving operators access to important machine information in real time.
Alongside the harrow, Elmer’s introduced the Wolverine WD2 Ditcher. The machine has been redesigned to reduce maintenance requirements through a centralized gearbox and an enclosed drivetrain. These updates help simplify servicing and improve long-term durability in demanding field conditions.
The company is also testing a new conveyor designed for handling seed and grain. Currently in the market research phase, the conveyor features a 50-foot length, a 24-inch belt, and a hydraulic tensioning system. It is being evaluated for use with oilseeds, corn, and other commodities.
As agriculture continues to evolve, Canadian manufacturers like Elmer's Manufacturing play an important role in helping producers improve efficiency, maximize productivity, and adapt to new challenges.
Through ongoing investment in innovation, durable equipment design, and a strong focus on meeting the practical needs of farmers, the company continues to build on its reputation as a trusted partner in the field. By listening to customers and developing solutions that support modern farming operations, Elmer’s Manufacturing remains well positioned to help growers move their businesses forward for years to come.
