Alberta farmers looking for additional grain storage can purchase a grain elevator.
An online ad shows a grain elevator in Trochu, Alta., for sale.
The elevator contains 56 internal hopper bottom bins and 170,000 bushels (4,750 T) of storage.
“Excellent for mixing and blending,” the ad says.
The lot is 472 ft. by 95 ft. and an additional vacant lot is also available.
The elevator for sale is an ex-Alberta Wheat Pool elevator and was built in 1973, Grain Elevators of Canada says.
