The court-supervised restructuring of Monette Farms has reached another major milestone.
The deadline for submitting offers on the company's land and assets passed on October 15, marking the end of the bidding window established under the court-approved Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (SISP).
The process is part of the farm group's ongoing creditor protection proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA).
Now that offers have been received, the focus shifts to evaluating bids and determining which transactions could move forward for court approval.
