Three new machines boost efficiency for growers
Kuhn North America has introduced three new hay and forage machines designed to help farmers and custom operators across the United States and Canada improve productivity and efficiency. These machines combine innovative technology with durable construction to handle challenging field conditions while reducing operating costs.
The KUHN FC 9830 D RA mower conditioner with an integrated windrow merger allows producers to mow, condition, and merge crops in a single pass. Designed to pair with front-mounted FC 3125 DF or FC 3525 DF units, it offers a cutting width of up to 31 feet 10 inches. This combination helps haylage and baleage producers save time and fuel while achieving clean, consistent windrows.
For large farms and custom operators, the new MM 952 and MM 1092 center-delivery twin mergers provide up to 36 feet of working width. These mergers include ISOBUS controls, hydropneumatic suspension, and upgraded pickup components. Operators can easily create uniform windrows using center, side, or split delivery, improving flexibility across a range of forage types.
Rounding out the lineup, the KUHN FB 3125 fixed chamber round baler is built for durability and bale density. Its PowerTrack rollers and Integral Rotor technology ensure consistent bale formation and smooth crop flow, even in heavy hay or silage. The compact 4x4 design and low-maintenance construction make it ideal for livestock operations, mid-sized farms, and custom balers seeking high-quality bales.
These new machines show Kuhn’s commitment to providing North American hay and forage producers with advanced solutions that boost productivity, reduce costs, and maintain crop quality in demanding conditions.
