PGS Equipment named new dealer for potato machinery and services

LOCKWOOD® has announced a new partnership with PGS Equipment, Ltd., making the company its official dealer for potato equipment in Alberta and nearby areas. This agreement will cover the sale of equipment, along with parts and service support for farmers.

PGS Equipment is based in Taber and is known for its strong focus on customer service and agricultural expertise. The company deals in both new and used farm machinery, with a special focus on row crop and potato equipment. This makes it a suitable partner to represent LOCKWOOD® in the region.

“Through their dedication to serving growers in the area with equipment, service and education, PGS is perfectly positioned to represent LOCKWOOD in the region,” said LOCKWOOD®’s Sales Manager, Chris Laaveg.

The partnership is expected to benefit farmers by improving access to high-quality potato equipment and reliable after-sales support. PGS Equipment offers a well-stocked parts inventory and an experienced service team, ensuring that customers receive timely maintenance and repair services.

This collaboration reflects shared values between the two companies, including customer satisfaction, industry knowledge, and long-term support for agricultural producers. By working together, both companies aim to strengthen the potato farming sector in the region.

Farmers in Alberta will now have better access to advanced equipment and expert guidance, helping them improve productivity and efficiency. The partnership also highlights the importance of local dealerships in supporting modern agriculture.

Overall, the agreement between LOCKWOOD® and PGS Equipment is a positive step for the farming community. It brings together strong industry experience and reliable service, helping growers meet their equipment needs more effectively.
