New System Offers Precision Application and Cost Savings for Growers

Case IH’s SenseApply is an advanced factory fit application technology designed to give farmers more precision, flexibility, and savings in their spraying operations.

This innovation will arrives factory-fit on model year 2026 Patriot and Trident equipment and is also available as a retrofit kit for model year 2023 and newer machines.

Alex Caldwell, product marketing manager for application equipment at Case IH, told Farms.com that SenseApply is built for the future of agriculture.

The system delivers a range of live variable rate services, including nitrogen, fungicide, plant growth regulators, harvest aids, and herbicides such as live VRA burndown. It also provides green on brown selective spray capability and base plus boost application modes to meet different field needs.

At the heart of the technology is a single cab mounted camera capable of seeing about 50 feet in front of the machine and covering a swath width of approximately 140 feet.

This wide vision allows operators to manage the entire boom efficiently, helping them apply products with accuracy and speed.

With SenseApply, farmers can operate at speeds up to 25 miles per hour when using live variable rate services and up to 19 miles per hour with spot spray.

The system stands out because it comes with no per acre fees or annual subscriptions, offering a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to the technology.

The introduction of retrofit kits ensures that producers with existing equipment can benefit from these upgrades without investing in brand new machines. These kits make it easier for growers to adopt the latest advancements and improve their operations right away.

For more information about SenseApply, farmers are encouraged to visit the company website or contact their local Case IH dealer.
