$17.60 per hour

Scott’s Garden Centre. has openings for 3 (three) Greenhouse workers.

The candidate’sduties include:

• Seeding and manual transplanting of annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs

• Pruning of shrubs and trees

• Operating potting machine and transplanting machine

• Watering plants

• Planting fall mums and fall planters

• Gathering Cedar and white pine for garland making and Xmas planters

• Clean work area

Requirements:

• Basic farm knowledge.
• 1-year of Greenhouse experience is required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Overtime required, Handling heavy loads.

Work sites:Year round work, Outdoors, wet/damp/rain, hot/cold.

Minimum Education:Secondary School.

Start Date:As soon as possible
